A rosé wine called '11 Minutes'? Where would that name come from? Well, the reason will surprise you! Because everything only takes 11 minutes for this rosé.

When the grapes have reached their correct ripeness, the Pasqua family decides to harvest the grapes. It takes 11 minutes to transport the grapes to the press by tractor. After a double strict selection, the best bunches are pressed and this also takes only 11 minutes. Finally, the skins mature for only 11 minutes for this rosé. This is how this rosé wine from Pasqua gets its beautiful light pink color. The result shows the passion of wine making and the long history in which the vines have been planted.

Characteristics
Smell: lots of soft red fruit such as strawberry, raspberries and berries supplemented with citrus peel and apple.
Taste: fresh, dry, perfectly balanced and with its light, fresh character, a very nice glass of rosé from Veneto. You will also discover flavors of light herbs, cherries, lime and raspberries.

Vineyard
The Pasqua family has selected a special piece of vineyard for this rosé, in the middle of the Veneto. The four grape varieties are lovingly cared for, consisting of Carmenere, Corvina, Syrah and of course Trebbiano. They grow up with a lot of sun and the vineyard is located close to Lake Garda. Extra fact about the vineyard: The area is known for the Roman poet Cattalus. The text of his famous poem Odi et Amo refers to the portrait of Lesbia on the label. She was Catullus' great love and muse and was beautifully depicted by the English painter Sir Edward Poynter. This rosé is also a great love from Veneto.
