From authentic classics to surprising pintxos full of character: Birger shares his secret recipes, handy techniques and favorite flavor combinations with you.

With fresh ingredients and a pinch of creativity, you will learn how to make tapas in no time that are reminiscent of a cozy Spanish bar. And as soon as the kitchen fills with delicious smells, it is time to sit down together at the table. We taste, clink with a good glass of wine and enjoy an evening full of flavor and conviviality.

Don't forget that we'll be tasting a lot during the workshop, so don't eat too much beforehand. ;)
