Birger starts the evening with a mini tasting where we taste four different gins from the extensive assortment of Flavor Shop. Let yourself be surprised by the different flavors and aromas of these special spirits. And of course, what is a Gin Tonic Workshop without a delicious gin tonic as an aperitif? Let the enjoyment begin!

But that’s just the beginning! After the tasting, we’ll dive into the kitchen in small groups to prepare a complete menu – with gin as the star of each dish. From a refined starter to a surprising main course and even a dessert, you’ll be challenged to be creative with flavour combinations that will stimulate your senses. Once all the dishes are ready, we’ll enjoy our culinary creations together and end the evening in style.

Don't forget that we'll be tasting a lot during the workshop, so don't eat too much beforehand. ;)
