Alìsia Pinot Grigio DOC from Astoria is an ode to refined Italian elegance. This white wine has a beautiful straw yellow color with subtle golden hues. The grapes are gently pressed at the end of August and fermented at a controlled temperature of 18-19 °C. The wine is then aged in the bottle for a few months to fully develop its character.
