This gin is silky smooth with the round and soft notes of vanilla and caramel and a subtle hint of marzipan. The typical flavors that you obtain from the use of American oak barrels. However, the sweetness is perfectly balanced by a light pepper note and notes of black chocolate and coffee.

Only 360 bottles of this masterpiece were made and each bottle is in turn packed in a box with two crystal glasses . With this 30-year-old grain genever, Filliers Distillery is reaping the benefits of the vision of cousins Bernard and the late Jan Filliers. It was they who decided more than 30 years ago to put their grain gin in barrel and leave it untouched.
