Belgian Owl 5Y is a tribute to artisanal distillation, produced in the heart of Haspengouw. This whisky, made from pure Belgian barley and distilled with the iconic Caperdonich Pot Stills from 1898, is characterized by sustainability and honest craftsmanship. The maturation takes place in American white oak Bourbon barrels (Quercus alba), giving the whisky a deep complexity and richness.

With an alcohol percentage of 46% vol., no added colourings and no chill filtration, this whisky is pure and authentic. The delicate notes of yellow fruits and vanilla on the nose give way to a soft, round taste with intense hints of vanilla and caramel. The finish is long and refined, with subtle notes of toasted oak, which emphasises the maturity of this whisky.
