Benriach is a unique Speyside single malt Scotch whiskey that has its origins in a special whiskey heritage dating back to 1898, when founder John Duff built the distillery. The distillery is located on the old Riach farm in the north of Speyside, where the mineral-rich water is extracted from deep beneath the distillery.

Thanks to a long tradition of distilling three different whiskey styles; classic unpeated, Highland peated and triple distilled, combined with a diverse selection of casks from different parts of the world, Benriach's whiskey makers are able to explore the full flavor possibilities of single malt whiskey and produce some of the richest, most complex whiskeys in Speyside.

The Original Ten represents Benriach's distinctive, soft and layered character. Maturation of at least ten years in three different barrels: bourbon, sherry and virgin oak, creates lush layers of orchard fruit, honey malt and toasted oak, which are subtly mixed with a hint of smoke.

Characteristics:
- On the nose: rich orchard fruit, honey and toasted oak.
- On the palate: ripe pear, nectarine and malt sweetness.
- Aftertaste: almond and spiced vanilla.
