This roasted curry is a mix of roasted spices and is naturally black. It is a staple of Sri Lankan cuisine. The powerful flavors are perfect in a Tarka Dhal of lentils or on fish.

The black curry is also delicious with vegetables, white meat and in marinades.

Ingredients: turmeric, fenugreek, cumin, black cumin, black SESAME, vegetable charcoal, black pepper.
