Kiwi sweets with agar agar
Make your own sweets without colourings or other preservatives. This recipe will have you ready in less than ten minutes. Tasty, healthy and everyone loves them!
This is what you need:
- 200 g kiwi (already peeled)
- 50 g sugar + 75 g sugar
- 4 g agar agar

How to make it:
1. Put the kiwi in the blender and make a purée.
2. Put the kiwi purée in a pan together with the 50 g sugar and Agar Agar.
3. Let boil for 1 minute. Add 75 g sugar and cook for 1 minute.
4. Then add the other 75 g and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Now pour the mixture into silicone moulds (I use the ice cube moulds from Ikea).
6. Let the sweets cool and push them out of the moulds.
7. Sprinkle some sugar on top against sticking.
