If you are looking for inspiration for an ultra-delicious and original appetiser for your guests, I can definitely recommend the Tuna Shichimi Togarashi(Japanese blend of herbs and spices) with mango salsa. It is in itself a simple and quick-prepared dish that you can also easily prepare in advance and still spend time with your guests. The Shichimi Togarashi spices come from our spice shop.
I just added Combava to the range of our online herb shop. And I wanted to try this out anyway. I set about incorporating it into a tiramisu. Not at all the classic tiramisu with cocoa and amaretto or nowadays with speculoos. No, this time I wanted to keep it fresh. It became a tiramisu with mango, passion fruit and, of course, my Combava.
The combava is a kind of small lime and is very intense and citrusy in flavour. Use it in moderation. You can also use it in fish sauces, for example.
This is a tasty little recipe for a tasty bite at lunch, or just enjoy during a Sunday brunch. Mega delicious!
