Vineyard Affiné Truffle
After approximately 16 weeks of ripening, the cheese is cut and covered with a tapenade of fresh summer truffle. Over time, the tapenade penetrates the cheese, resulting in a surprisingly tasty result.
Old Vineyard
This Dutch cheese was matured for 1 year. The intense taste, in which all the rich flavor components are present, lingers in the mouth for a long time.

Ingredients Cheese 48+ with truffle tapenade: pasteurized COW'S MILK, truffle tapenade 10% (mushrooms, black olives, sunflower oil, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, spices, sugar, truffle 0.3%, garlic, aroma), salt, starter culture, microbial rennet, coloring agent: carotene.
