This edition was bottled in 2019 based on the alcohol content of the barrel, therefore the name “Single Cask”. When you open the bottle, you are greeted by a complex and concentrated aroma in which you recognize dried fruit, chocolate, soft herbs and nuts. The taste is round and rich and full of wood spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, dried fruits, dark chocolate and nuts. The aftertaste lasts forever and is warm and spicy, but does not burn, despite the cask strength.
