Bruut Dappersveld is a refined sparkling wine from Belgian soil, produced in the Dappersveld-Woestijn vineyards. The grapes, a blend of ⅔ Auxerrois and ⅓ Chardonnay, are grown with the utmost care and hand-picked to guarantee the highest quality. Fermentation takes place spontaneously and naturally, without the addition of artificial yeasts, which contributes to the pure and authentic taste of this wine.
After maturing for at least 15 months "sur lattes" this wine develops a complex and refined taste with lively bubbles and a fresh finish. Bruut Dappersveld is perfect to serve on festive occasions or to enjoy a refined glass of bubbles with friends and family.
