Bunnahabhain 12 Years Cask Strength 2023 Edition is produced on the rugged north-east coast of Islay, where the clear spring waters and changeable coastal climate contribute to the whisky’s unique characteristics. Matured in sherry casks, this cask strength whisky reveals rich, intense flavours without any chill-filtration, at an impressive 60.1% ABV.

The whisky has a deep mahogany colour and opens with floral and nutty aromas of marzipan, hazelnuts, almond cream and morello cherries. On the palate it offers roasted nuts and spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves, with a soft finish of butterscotch, toffee, sultanas and a subtle hint of coffee. The long finish is characterised by lingering notes of hazelnuts, cloves and cocoa.

Enjoy this whisky neat, or add a few drops of water to further enhance the complex flavours of cinnamon, cloves and chocolate.
