This whiskey is part of the Original Collection from Cadenhead & Co, Scotland's oldest independent bottler since 1842. Cadenhead's distillery is known for its artisanal approach and passion for perfecting whisky.

This 10 year old Knockdhu was distilled in 2013 and bottled in January 2024. The whiskey has matured in 50% bourbon barrels and 50% Fino Sherry barrels, which provides a unique balance between sweet and spicy.

The Knockdhu Distillery, located in Knock, Banffshire, produces a young spirit with a fresh, citrusy undertone. The whiskey becomes fuller as it ages, thanks to the influence of the barrels. Recently, the owners have created a wetland area where wastewater is treated, contributing to a more sustainable production process.

- On the nose: Orange, marzipan, pineapple, gingerbread, brown sugar
- In the mouth: Dates, syrup cake, honey, burnt sugar, cola sweets
- Finish: Pancakes, maple syrup, milk chocolate, blackberry jam, brandy snaps
