Discover the refined taste of Calvados Dupont 10 Ans, a masterpiece matured for 10 years in carefully selected oak barrels, of which 25% are new barrels. With a unique terroir of clay and Oxford marble soil, every sip is infused with the rich essence of Normandy.
This beautiful Calvados is expertly crafted from a blend of 85% sweet apples and 15% sour apples, harvested during the season from September to November. The result is a harmonious balance between sweet and sour, enhanced by an alcohol content of 42% vol.
The apples are carefully mixed, crushed and pressed before the juice is fermented into cider, which is then distilled. After a month of fermentation, the cider undergoes a double distillation, with the first distillation resulting in "petite eau" with a volume of 30%. It is the second distillation that produces the final Calvados, with its distinctive character and deep complexity.
Tasting notes:

- In the mouth: fresh attack, beautiful finesse followed by a sweet aromatic expression, aroma of silky apples.
