Ron SUMMUM "Finished Malt Whiskey Cask" combines the age-old formulas of Dominican rum with the double aging system in whiskey barrels from the prestigious Scottish distillery Ben Nevis. Just like the popular Summum Reserva Especial, Summum Finished Malt Whiskey Cask is also smooth and mild.
TASTING NOTES
The taste is soft and warm with notes of vanilla , plums and burnt caramel. The aftertaste has notes of sweet almonds and raisins. You can easily feel the presence of the malt from the finish which really helps to give the perfect finish. The extra 5% alc. give Finished Malt Whiskey Cask an extra refined sharpness compared to Summum Reserva Especial with 38% alcohol.
