Near Epernay, located on the slopes of the Montagne de Reims and very close to the Marne Valley, in Avenay-Val-d'Or is the Crucifix Père et Fils champagne house, part of a traditional wine-growing family for more than 5 generations .

The vineyard is located on the terroir of Avenay-Val-d'Or, classified as Premier Cru of the Champagne region. The plots consist of the two noble grape varieties of Champagne, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Harmonic result of blending vintages from Crucifix's best planted Chardonnay slopes. In order for this champagne to reach its full potential, it had to mature longer in the cellars.

Characteristics:
- On the nose: aromas of citrus fruits (pink grapefruit) and white floral notes (hawthorn and acacia).
- On the palate: aromas of brioche bread and pastries, with some delicious honey-like notes at the end.
- Finish: long, generous aftertaste
