Vineyard Affiné Mustard Dill
After approximately 16 weeks of ripening, the cheese is cut and brushed with a coarse mustard containing fresh dill buds. The mustard releases its aroma to the cheese over time, with a surprising result. Who says cheese, says mustard!

This Dutch cheese was matured for 1 year. The intense taste, in which all the rich flavor components are present, lingers in the mouth for a long time.

Ingredients Cheese 48+ with dill mustard: pasteurized COW'S MILK, mustard-dill 10% (MUSTARD SEED 4.0%, sugar, vinegar, water, sunflower oil, dried dill 0.1%, honey, spices, natural aroma, herbs), salt, starter culture, microbial rennet, coloring agent: carotenes.
