This cheese is cut after approximately 16 weeks of ripening and covered with a tapenade of fresh summer truffle. The truffle penetrates the cheese, resulting in a surprisingly tasty result.

Ingredients: pasteurized COW'S MILK, truffle tapenade 10% unheated (mushrooms, black olives, sunflower oil, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, spices, sugar, truffle 0.3%, garlic, aroma), salt, lactic acid, rennet, coloring agent: carotene.
