With Sencha tea, the tea leaves are dried immediately. This tea is also rich in antioxidants, because there is no fermentation and the tea retains its green color. This tea is processed using the steam method. The "forming" process preceding the drying gives the tea its characteristic leaf shape. The leaves of the Sencha tea are light green and flattened. When the tea has steeped, it is (light) yellow in color. The taste is aromatic and fresh.
Let it sleep for about 2 to 3 minutes and use water at 70 °C.
