Making liquid chocolate has never been easier. How about a delicious chocolate fondue, a tasty Dame Blanche, or marshmallows with chocolate sauce? Everything is ready in no time!
Don't worry if you haven't used up all the chocolate fondue. Place the lid on the can and store it in a dry place. If you want to re-melt the fondue, you can place the tin in the oven at a low temperature (about 50 °C). After 15 minutes the chocolate will be liquid again. Stir well for a smooth consistency. After the chocolate has solidified you may sometimes notice white spots, but don't worry, this is normal and they will disappear when the chocolate is melted again.
Preparation method:
- Boiling water: place the can in boiling water for 15 minutes. Make sure the can is completely submerged in water. Let cool for 2 minutes, open the lid, stir and enjoy!
- In the oven: set the oven to the lowest setting (approx. 50°C), remove the plastic lid and brochure and place the tin in the oven. When the chocolate has melted thoroughly, stir and enjoy!
- On the barbecue: remove the plastic lid and the brochure. Place a stainless steel bowl or aluminum container with water on the barbecue grill. Place the closed can in the water. Depending on the barbecue temperature, the chocolate will take between 20 and 30 minutes to melt. Do not place the water bath directly above the flames. Open the lid, stir and enjoy the delicious chocolate!
