Botanicals: juniper, lemon, sweet orange, green cardamom, cubeb, Sichuan pepper, coriander, nutmeg, cinnamon, cassia, licorice, iris, angelica, star anise, fennel, savory, cumin, violet, sunflower seed, cranberry, raspberry, blackberry, blackcurrant rhubarb.

This gin is delicious in combination with a berry-based cocktail, but is also delicious as a classic Gin and Tonic.

Recipe idea: Mix 5 cl Citadelle Rouge with 10 cl tonic. Finish with a piece of rhubarb.
