Belpasta Clochette, also known as Campanelle or Gigli, is a cone-shaped pasta with a scalloped crown edge that optimally holds sauces. This artisanal pasta is formed by extrusion with bronze dies, which ensures a firm texture and an authentic bite.

The addition of 5% curry powder gives the paste a warm, aromatic flavour with a mild spiciness. Ideal for a creamy white sauce with chicken or scampi, but also delicious in casseroles or vegetable dishes.

Thanks to a careful drying process of approximately 19 hours, Clochette pasta remains firm and retains its perfect shape during cooking.
