RECIPE MOJITO
Ingredients: ½ lime ¢ fresh mint (10 leaves) ¢ 2 tsp cane sugar ¢ 5 cl rum ¢ crushed ice ¢ soda water Garnish ¢ 2 mint sprigs ¢ double collins glass ¢ pestle ¢ cocktail measure ¢ bar spoon ¢ straw
Cut half the lime into six pieces and place them together with the mint leaves in the Collins glass, sprinkle with the cane sugar and lightly scratch the sugar into the leaves using the pestle. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the rum. Stir everything well with soda water. Decorate with two mint sprigs, squeeze them briefly and serve with a straw.
