Inspired by the lush, green island, seagrass fields and nature, Mermaid Zest Gin is packaged in a classic, emerald green color. Infused with samphire and rosemary from the coastal areas of The Isle of Wight, with fruits from the Victorian walled garden of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert's home on the island, Osborne House.

A spicy, aromatic infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus fruits and wild-harvested plants from the coast. Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with bergamot, lemon peel and rosemary, 'the dew of the sea', then distilled and blended with the signature gin.

Characteristics:
- On the nose: Clear and fresh grapefruit, with soft juniper berries.
- In the mouth: A citrus touch combined with a subtle sweetness with herbs.
