This smoked salmon cream is deliciously creamy, wonderfully peppery and refreshing. Use this smoked salmon tapenade as a dip for raw vegetables, toast and bread with an aperitif.

You can also use this cream in a verrine as a snack or even in a warm starter with, for example, steamed potatoes.
