Just like with the Rhubarb & Ginger Gin is also a gin created by memories of the countryside. In the English countryside of the Neill family, blackberries grew in abundance so it is logical that this botanical inspired its own gin. By combining juniper berries with sweet juicy blackberries, some spiciness and sweet citrus, the gin gets its specific character.
