The Cosmopolitan was originally created as a cocktail for women in the mid-1980s by Cheryl Cook of Miami. The 'Martini Queen of Miami's South Beach' served Cosmopolitain as a visually stunning cocktail in the iconic Martini glass. In the late 1980s, Toby Cecchini, bartender at the Odeon, adapted the original recipe by using fresh lime juice. It is this version that has become the international standard for the Cosmopolitan.

How to serve: To serve Coppa Cosmopolitan crystal clear, pour the chilled product into a martini glass, without ice. Serve with one thin peel/segment of lime.
