The Cuoricini Tricolore is a beautiful, heart-shaped pasta that honors the Italian flag with its natural, green (spinach) and red (tomato) hues. This unique pasta is made according to traditional methods by brothers Massimo and Gianpiero Curti, using only high-quality wheat semolina and natural ingredients.
Thanks to the production with bronze and Teflon coated molds, the pasta has a rough texture, which makes sauces stick better and the flavors come out optimally. The cute heart shape makes this pasta not only delicious, but also perfect for special occasions or a romantic dinner.
