Don Papa Baroko is distilled in the Philippines from a molasses variety known as black gold. After distillation, multi-year maturation takes place in American oak barrels, after which it is up to the Master Distiller to select the right barrels that are combined to form the Don Papa Baroko.

Don Papa Baroko celebrates the passion and exuberance of Papa Isio, the revolutionary hero and shaman of the rum-making island of Negros, Philippines, and where he fought for his island's independence.

Characteristics:
Nose: citrus and vanilla
Mouth: full flavor with notes of candied tropical fruit and honey
Finish: a long bold finish with dried raisins and a hint of toasted oak.

Serving tip:
Don Papa is perfect to drink neat, on the rocks, or in your favorite cocktail.
