The ravens of the Tower of London symbolize the power of the crown. One of those ravens was Edgar Sopper, who one day pretended to be dead before biting the Ravenmaster's finger and flying away, crowing. This balanced gin, with tonic and balsamic notes typical of the best London Dry Gins, is dedicated to him.
Edgar Sopper is made with dedication and craftsmanship by strictly following the 'London Dry' method, where only natural extracts are distilled without adding flavorings.
The gin is characterized by the presence of five Botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, lemon and Cubebe pepper. It is a characterful gin with a classic, bold and balanced taste, in which the juniper berry clearly comes to the fore without being overpowering and which leaves a pleasant balsamic-like lingering taste in the mouth.
< p>Cocktail tip - Aviation:
Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Serve in a small glass and garnish with a cherry.
