This eggnog is made according to a traditional recipe, but given a little 'Flavor Shop' twist. The result? A delicious coconut eggnog.
In the meantime, the traditional recipe for eggnog has been slightly adapted by our own taste expert, Birger. He gave the recipe his own twist, resulting in a delicious dish of pure pleasure.
Food pairing:
This coconut-flavored eggnog is delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or chocolate ice cream, on your pancakes, a cup of fresh fruit or with a cup of coffee. This eggnog also combines wonderfully in desserts. A flavor to discover!
TIP for DESSERT:
Stew some exotic fruit in a pan with a knob of butter and a dash of brown rum. Let it boil for a while to a pulp. Serve a generous scoop of the warm fruit with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and finish with the eggnog. Garnish with some fresh mint. Very tasty!
