The English breakfast tea is a blend of black tea according to an English recipe. This is a blend of Ceylon and Assam tea. The tea has a strong taste and is usually drunk with lots of milk and sugar, also delicious with a slice of lemon and some sugar.

Brewing advice: Allow to infuse for about 2 to 3 minutes and use water at 100 °C.
