The Passimento Blanco is a wonderfully fresh white wine with intense aromas of citrus fruits, peaches and almonds. delicious with an aperitif, fish dishes or desserts.
The Italian Passimento Prosecco tastes like a nice balance between dry and sweet. Aromas of pear and citrus fruits on the nose. Suitable as an aperitif and goes perfectly with dishes with shellfish and salted meat.
