Made from 100% Piedmontese, semi-pasteurized skimmed cow’s milk and matured in traditional copper vats, Fiandino Riserva gets its unique flavor from the use of rennet and Sicilian sea salt. After a 16-month maturation period, the cheese develops a firm texture and an intense aromatic profile with savory, spicy notes that go perfectly with a rich Italian red wine.
Use the Formaggio Duro Fiandino Riserva freshly grated over pasta, risotto or carpaccio for an authentic Italian taste experience. The vacuum-packed 100 gram cheese wedge is gluten-free and retains its full flavour until the moment you cut it.
