The Formaggio Kinara al Tartufo Fiandino is a unique Italian raw milk cheese with truffle, made with vegetable rennet from the Cynara cardunculus, also known as the cardoon flower. This special cheese is produced from 100% Piedmontese raw cow's milk, Sicilian sea salt and a hint of truffle. After a maturation period of at least 12 months, the Kinara al Tartufo develops a firm and compact texture with a full, creamy taste and a rich, intense aftertaste that lingers wonderfully for a long time.
