French Potatoes with Himalayan Salt
This delicious mix of herbs and Himalayan salt works fantastic on French-style baked potatoes. Fry the potatoes until golden brown in some olive oil and grind some of these delicious Fench Potatoes herbs on them. Alternatively, you can also take potatoes and clean them under cold running water. When the potatoes are clean, cut them into slices, but do not cut the potato all the way through. Then drizzle some olive oil over it and add a generous swirl of French Potatoes mix. Then bake them in the oven for 45 minutes at 180°C.
This mix also works great on an omelet, in a salad or simply in the minced meat for meatballs or Meatloaf. This spice mixture in a mill will also certainly hold its own with the Barbecue, gourmet or fondue!
Ingredients: Hydrated green pepper, viking salt, niora, herbes de provence, onions, pink himalayan salt
