Nordés gin is a Northern Spanish gin from Galicia. This atypical gin is made with Albariño wine distillate and fifteen botanical herbs such as samphire, lemongrass, lemon peel, eucalyptus leaves, sage, mint, juniper berries, cardamom, quinine, ginger, hibiscus, licorice and tea. This Nordés gin has an extremely pronounced perfume and is both sweet and spicy with notes of citrus.
