Preparation method:
1. Roast the rice in a non-stick pan over medium heat without adding oil or butter.
2. Add 750 ml water and 1 level tsp salt.
3. Cook for 15 minutes on low heat with the lid closed. Stir occasionally.
4. When the rice is done, turn off the heat and then add the spice powder and mix well.
5. You're ready to serve, enjoy!
