GlenAllachie 2009 Single Cask No. 3721 is a limited edition Speyside single malt whisky, bottled exclusively for Europe as part of Batch 8. This whisky is 15 years old and has matured in a former Sauternes Hogshead, which ensures rich fruity layers and honeyed depth. Only 302 bottles are available, making it a real collector's item.

Each cask at GlenAllachie is meticulously monitored by Master Distiller Billy Walker to uncover hidden gems – casks that develop exceptional character traits. This bottling captures the essence of Speyside, and gives you a tasting experience that is as if you are tapping straight from the cask.

Tasting notes:
- On the nose: floral and fruity seduction with notes of heather honey, peach and vanilla, harmoniously interwoven with hints of cinnamon, mocha and caramel.
- On the palate: Rich and creamy, with butterscotch, grilled honeycomb and stewed orchard fruits.
- Finish: Flavoured with warm ginger spice, roasted hazelnut and dark muscovado sugar, rounded out with a hint of golden syrup and a hint of citrus.
