Originally matured in a bourbon barrel with first filling, before being transferred to a French oak calvados xo barrel. A barrel that had previously contained apple brandy for six years.

Smell: Very floral with hints of honey and fruit.
Taste: Characterized by caramel, hints of cream, apples, cinnamon and honey.
