Love those cozy winter months. We make it cozy inside and outside. Perhaps you walk through one of the many Christmas markets and immediately recognize the smell of mulled wine. With this herb mixture you bring the Christmas atmosphere into your home.

Mix 75 cl wine (white or red) and 15 cl water with 20 g of this herb mixture. Add 60 g sugar and heat for 10 to 15 minutes without boiling. Garnish with orange slices.

Ingredients: citrus peel, cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, cloves, ginger, vanilla pieces.
