The basic recipe of the classic sardinade was adapted here: the lemon was added that goes so well with the fish and the tomato was removed so as not to increase the acidity. Excellent spread and very fresh to use with an aperitif or with raw vegetables. Also delicious with some fresh pasta and a piece of fresh fish.
