Ortrugo Frizzante DOC 70 cl
After 24 hours of cryo-maceration on the skins and fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 16 ° C, the wine is placed in an autoclave, where a slow refermentation completes its fragrance and gives it a delicate bubble.
For prosecco you can choose between spumante and frizzante. The difference between these two sparkling wines is the pressure in the bottle. And therefore also the number of bubbles. The pressure in the bottle for a frizzante is less than 3 bar. This makes the bubbles lighter than a spumante. The frizzante is a pleasant wine, dry and light and very accessible.
