This rum is matured in oak barrels for at least 15 years and then artfully blended with the Enmore and Diamond Coffey Stills, the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still and the Versailles Single Wooden Pot Still - to continue enjoying.

Nose:

Full nose full of dark coffee, candied orange, almonds, dark chocolate, pepper and rich vanilla. Dark brown sugar and thick, sticky toffee, notes of stewed stone fruit, plums and molasses.

Taste:

Sweet and syrupy with notes of sweet spices, thick notes of dark brown sugar and molasses, syrup, toffee and plums. Grilled tropical fruit with soft oak spices

Finish:

Long, creamy and thick, dark spices. Silky soft, lively and moderately full in taste.
