Gin Mare is a sensational Mediterranean gin, produced in vibrant Barcelona. In addition to the typical ingredients for gin (juniper berry, coriander, cardamom and citrus fruits), typical southern and Spanish elements are used such as arbequina olives (see also our olive oil), basil, rosemary and thyme.

In terms of taste we go for character in the glass with aromas of juniper and coriander, followed by a delicious, spicy taste of thyme, rosemary and basil.

Combine this gin with a Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic. As a garnish, use thyme or rosemary in combination with some lemon zest.
