Balanced first-class herbal blend with garlic, mint and lemon peel. This strengthens and gives a slightly resinous taste to the soft and delicate taste of lamb. This unique dry rub is a favorite with our customers for not only lamb, but also potatoes and beef. Rub the herbs directly on the meat before grilling or roasting: the herbs mix into the meat during cooking. You can also use it in homemade sausages or to dip oil for bread. Try mixing with yoghurt and honey and you make a fantastic cold sauce.
