Johan Pevernagie, from Distillery ZenneZonde, created a “Botanical Spirit”.

“GRAND” in the name refers to the craftsmanship and the artisanal distillation method.

“AGRUM” refers to the fresh Oranges, Lemons and Mandarins that are used to distill this “Botanical Spirit”.

In the background you can also taste ginger and coffee. The depth of this distillate is obtained by using a 2-year matured genever that was produced with grains from the 'Pajottenland'. Only 7% sugar was added.

You can drink this Grand Agrum neat on some ice as a digestif. Also delicious with some (clementine) tonic as a fresh and accessible aperitif.
