Chiapas - high quality beans from the south of Mexico Chiapas is the name of the region in the southernmost tip of Mexico. The area is best known for its deep green rainforest with its wealth of animals and plants. The indigenous people, descendants of the ancient Mayans, grow unique coffee varieties here.

Mexico Chiapas consists of four excellent Arabica varieties: Arabica Bourbon, Caturra, Tipica and Catuai. The roast has a lot of body, a natural sweetness and fine notes of almonds, chocolate and spices.
